Our investors have usually decided that they wish to have their money working for them, recieving a greater rate of interest that can be found in a bank.
We ask our investors 3 questions:

- What would you like to receive?
- How long would you like to get that high rate for?
We work with investors who usually invest between £25,000 and £1,000,000 depending on the project we are working on at the time, having answered the questions above and decided that they wish to have a greater return on their money.
We are able to do this as we invest in a niche sector within the property market, where risk is low, but returns are high. This enables us to share these great returns with our investors, who were getting very poor returns on their saving at the moment.
